PRIVACY STATEMENT
Collection and use of personal data from customers, suppliers, and other contractors.

We would like to inform you that we will collect and use the personal data you provide to us because this is necessary to conclude and execute a possible agreement with you. This applies to both our (potential) customers and to parties from whom we purchase goods and/or services.

If you are (or may become) a customer of ours, we use your data to send you a quotation, to determine what specifications or requirements a particular product or service must meet, to supply goods or perform work for you, to invoice you, and to communicate quickly and efficiently with you about the execution aspects of the agreement.

if you are (or may become) a supplier or other contractor, your personal data is also necessary for concluding and executing the agreement.

For procurement, this is necessary to inform you of the specifications or requirements a particular product or service must meet, to send you a request for quotation or place an order with you, to pay your invoices, and to communicate quickly and efficiently with you about other aspects of the agreement.

You are not required to provide us with your personal data. However, if you do not provide us with any or sufficient personal data, it is possible that we will not be able to carry out the aforementioned activities.

Disclosure to third parties
In connection with the execution of a possible agreement with you, it is possible that we may need to provide your personal data to parties that supply us with components, materials, and products or perform work on our behalf. We also use external server space to store (parts of) our sales and purchasing administration, of which your personal data is a part. For this reason, your personal data is provided to our server space provider. We also use Microsoft Office and the associated storage options for emails and other files. Because we use a newsletter mailing service, your personal data is ultimately shared with the provider of this service.

Direct marketing
If you regularly place orders with us, we will store and use the personal data you provide to personally inform you by email in the future about our existing and new products and services and possibly make you an offer. We have a legitimate interest in using your personal data for this purpose, namely promoting our products and services. Each time we send you a promotional mailing, you have the option to let us know that you no longer wish to receive such emails. Please see the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each mailing for this purpose.

If you are a one-time customer with us, we will only send you promotional messages if you have given us prior consent to do so.

Retention period of personal data
If you have requested a quote from us but have not become a customer, we will delete your data no later than one year after our last contact. Even if we have received a quote from you, but have not become a customer of yours, your personal data will be deleted no later than one year after our last contact. Your rights
You have the right to ask us for access to your personal data. If there is reason to do so, you may also ask us to supplement your personal data or to correct any inaccuracies. You also have the right to request the deletion of your personal data or to restrict the use of your personal data. You may also object to the collection and use of your data or file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
